We took the classic recipe and gave it a healthy, delicious twist by using olive oil instead of butter; adding delicious puffed heritage grains including amaranth, sorghum and millet; swapped out refined sugars for coconut sugar and local maple syrup; sprinkled in  a subtle mix of warm spices and tossed in dried apricot. Perfect with yogurt, milk, ice cream or on it’s own.

GF rolled oats, raw cashews, VT maple syrup, raw pumkpin seeds, dried apricots, olive oil, coconut palm sugar, puffed amaranth, puffed millet, puffed sorghum, spices.
