Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Baker Island Foods. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Minimum Order Requirement

To ensure efficient transit and the highest quality of our products, we require a minimum purchase of three (3) items total from our selection of granolas and cookies. You are welcome to mix and match any combination of granola packs and cookie packs to meet this 3-item minimum.

2. Shipment Processing Time

To ensure the freshest quality of our products, we process and ship orders once a week, exclusively on Mondays.

  • Orders placed before our weekly cutoff (Saturday 11:59 PM) will be shipped on the following Monday.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed for the subsequent week's shipping cycle.

  • If a scheduled shipping Monday falls on a national holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we do not offer free shipping. Rates are determined based on the total weight of your order and the destination address to ensure you get the most accurate carrier pricing.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, all your shipping and tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We proudly offer international shipping! Please be advised of the following international policies:

  • Baker Island Foods is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. You will be notified by the customs authorities or the carrier to settle these payments once the package arrives in your country.

6. Damages, Losses & Carrier Responsibility

Baker Island Foods is not liable for packages once they have been handed over and delivered to the shipping carrier. * We are not responsible for products damaged, delayed, or lost during transit.

  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
